I am a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).  I am also certified as a Master Energy Level Index Practitioner.  I specialize in working with people in transition.  I provide heart-centered coaching in which I listen deeply from my heart, using my intuition and empathic nature to acknowledge and validate your experience, uplifting and empowering you to remember the truth of who you are: amazing and pure love able to do whatever your heart's desire.  I help connect you with what you are called to do versus what you may be doing now.  I assist in increasing your self-confidence and self-worth to empower you to take risks and make decisions with ease, based on faith versus fear.  I provide an atmosphere of non-judgment, unconditional love and full acceptance of wherever you are and help you bridge the gap to create conditions for you to be successful.  I am committed to holding you accountable and championing you to attain your desired outcomes. 

I am highly intuitive and utilize my skills, gifts, talents, training and experience to assist you in transitioning from where you are to where you desire to be in your life.  I have served 20 years working in the non-profit and corporate sectors serving diverse populations of seniors, people with disabilities and through my work in hospice the past 12 years.  I bring a wealth of empathy, understanding and ability to motivate and empower others to live to their highest potential.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a certificate in Nonprofit Organization and Administration.
